Return policy
Goods purchased
on the RS-HORECA website may be exchanged or returned at the end of the 14th
calendar day from the date of purchase (subject to the fact that the date of
purchase will not be taken into account). Return or exchange is subject to the
following conditions:
- safety of the
goods in parts, entering the complete set of goods (no mechanical damage,
scratches, abrasions, and for goods with disposable (blister) packaging - if
the packaging is not open);
- safety of
factory seals, protective cover, label;
- lack of
follow-up goods.
The terms of
return and comprehensive goods are regulated by the Law of the Republic of
Azerbaijan "On protection of the rights of consumers." In case of
purchase of goods by means of unpaid payment, the store sends a request to
return the payment to the bank, which is the customer. The amount of payment
within 3-4 working days is refunded and credited by the bank to the client's
card.
