1. The warranty period for the operation of the equipment provided and carried out by the seller is calculated from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer and is determined at 6 months.

2. The performance of maintenance is not a warranty. The Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller about the defects in the quality of the Goods within 14 days from the date of its receipt;

3. Warranty obligations are fulfilled after the buyer submits an act of complaint with the obligatory attachment of an invoice for the goods. The complaint report can also be sent by e-mail. If the invoice is lost, duplicates are not issued by the seller and warranty repairs are not performed. A prerequisite for the fulfillment of warranty obligations is the safety of the serial number on the body of the product.

4. On the basis of this act, the Seller checks the compliance of this case with the Seller's warranty obligations, requests additional information and notifies the Buyer about the readiness to accept the goods for diagnostics.

5. If the diagnostics confirm that the cause of the defect is a manufacturing defect, the Seller carries out a free repair and notifies the Buyer about the elimination of the defect. The buyer either picks up the goods from the service center on his own, or sends an order in the form of a power of attorney for shipment by a transport company.

6. Warranty repairs, after confirming that the equipment has been covered by warranty repairs, can be carried out at the buyer's site or, in case of impossibility of on-site repair, made at the seller's center of technical service (CTS). Warranty repairs are carried out during the working hours of CTS. Delivery and removal of goods or their parts for diagnostics, repair or replacement are made by forces and at the expense of the buyer.

7. Without carrying out installation and commissioning works by the seller's CTS specialists, warranty obligations are provided only for equipment, to ensure the operability of which, it is only necessary to unpack the equipment and connect it with a cable to a single-phase power supply network (except for cases when installation and commissioning works are required by the manufacturer in the passport or in the operation manual).

8. The seller is responsible for defects in the quality of the goods, except for cases arising after its transfer to the buyer and including:

violations by the buyer;

  • transportation rules (if made by the buyer himself)
  • storage,
  • commissioning,
  • use
  • maintenance;
  • violation of the safety of warranty seals;
  • the presence of mechanical damage;
  • self-repair or modification.
  • problems resulting from the failure of utilities;
  • violation of the rules of operation and services of coffee, tea and vending machines;

9. Not subject to warranty repair and replacement; lamps, cutting knives and parts, augers, abrasive discs, fuses, glasses, stones, hearths, heating elements, hinges, sealing materials, wear parts and spare parts.
