Carefully designed built-in handles on top of the front-loading unit make it easy to carry from all four sides.
The camchiller plate or hot plate camwarmer chamber is located on the inner back wall to prevent condensation drips and distribute the temperature evenly across the carrier.
Built-in Condensation barrier helps keep carriers drip proof.
A built-in tag field, routing and content
The multipurpose front-loading carriage can be purchased without molded rails that give the operator the flexibility to load 60 x 40 trays of varying depths.
The multi-purpose, rail tray carriers are not designed to transport 60 x 40 cm oven crates packed, prepackaged or filled with bulk products.
The Multi-Purpose Front-Load Carrier can be modified for versatility to include optional, stainless steel adjustable rails for carrying a combination of 60 x 40 cm case, baking pan and tray, all in the same carrier.
Designed with adjustable rails, it gives the operator the flexibility to adjust and create custom spaces between rails as needed.
It is resistant to temperatures between -40°C to 88°C.
