Indian black tea from the Darjeeling region The Indian word for "land of thunderbolts".Harvested exclusively by hand, this tea is considered the "champagne" of black teas. The letters tgfop stand for the highest grade with the top buds, the most valuable part of the tea plant. The infusion is slightly tart, with a rich aroma of spices and nutmeg grapes.It goes very well with spicy dishes (curries, Indian cuisine) and with salty dishes in general. Among desserts it is perfectly combined with custard.
Ingredients : Black tea (India).
Preparation : 2,5 gr x 200 cc. of water at a temperature of 90°C. Infusion time: 3 minutes.
