it is a particular tea, originally from Fujian, which resembles Keemun, but its leaves appear more minute and translucent with golden reflections. The infusion takes on a bright red color and enhances its incomparable fruity aroma with flowery notes of rose and orchid, soft and light taste.
Preparation : 2,5 gr x 200 cc. of water at a temperature of 90°C. Infusion time: 3 minutes.
