The electric stove Bertos (Bertos) E9PQ2M of the Maxima 900 High-Power series two-burner on an open base is intended for public catering establishments. Can be used alone or in a modular system to create complete rows with all cooking functions. Scotch Brite front and side panels, Bertos E9PQ2M electric hob worktop are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Heating elements are hermetically fixed on a one-piece stamped surface. High strength double punching handles in AISI 304 20/10 stainless steel. The 3.5 kW square cast iron burners (4 kW option) are equipped with safety thermostats and heat up to 400C.
