Named after the owner's daughter, this plantation located in Kurseong district is well-known by all connoisseurs of quality teas. A tea with regular and dark leaves offering a round and sustained nose. With an orange colored infusion, the cup delivers on the palate, pleasant notes of stone fruit and candied fruit with a lingering honeyed note
Ingredient : Black tea (Camellia sinensis)
Preparation : 1 tea bag x 200 cc. of natural mineral water at 90°C. Infusion time 2/3 minute.Goes very well with spicy dishes (curry, Indian cuisine) and with savoury dishes in general. Among desserts it is perfect with custard.
